If you know me at all you would understand my habit of procrastinating things forever. I know, it is a bad habit and at times it leaves me with nothing but regret. In order to make a teeny tiny change in this behavior of mine, I have decided to participate in one of the most talked about writing challenges of the year among my fellow blogger friends.
The sibling chain
I always need a little push to get things done, I think being the middle one in the sibling’s chain makes me this I-need-people-around me kid. I couldn’t find better accountability partners in this than the amazing people participating in this challenge.
I contemplated a lot for the topic and fought really hard with myself to pick something else other than motherhood. Turns out, my heart and mind won’t let that happen. I tried writing about other topics and at the end somewhere or the other I mentioned about my toddler.
Yes, I am that mom who has a special talent for bringing up the topic of motherhood almost anywhere and everywhere. I could blame this for being a Stay-at-Home- Mom or my hormones acting up but truth be told I am utterly obsessed with my little human (obsessed with my kid-guilty as charged).
This is going to be a series of 26 posts wherein I will take you through to the anecdotes of mommy-hood bliss. In all honesty, I just started my motherhood journey but it feels like I have so much to share already. After all, we moms always have so much to share.
I promise not to bore you with preachy or rant posts (just a bit is allowed, I hope, motherhood sigh!). I am going to keep it light and funny. I would want you to remember these blog series as a dose of little happiness of your day.
Reading and writing is not a hobby for me. Reading, it makes me forgot the world around me and I be the part of the book I read. Writing, it brought me back from a dark phase of my life when life was making no sense.
Why Goof-ups?
I did not know how to be a mommy from the day I was born. I learned and nothing in this world makes you learn faster than your own mistakes…
Why Little Sparkle of Happiness?
I know you have heard it gazillion times but it never gets old, these tiny human beings bring so much love that not writing about it would be a crime. 🙂
It would mean the world to me if you will be a part of this 26 days of writing journey.
I feel the way about my writing too. I feel I can’t think off topics but when I start penning them down there’s so many to write about. I will look forward to reading all your posts in this series.

Beautiful Theme!!! Parenting is all about goof ups. As a mother myself, I can vouch for that. Knowing that I am very sure that your posts are going to be great. Will be waiting for them. All the best!!!
Parenting is about the happiness we get … with & without goof ups ! Seems to be a fun theme ! Will check out your posts
looking forward to it and i am sure every mom would enjoy reading your A to Z of goof ups…
Very simple yet beautiful post Kavita. Yes, good ups are totally fine in motherhood journey. One more thing, I feel being a SAHM doesn’t make you think about your toddler. It’s the unconditional love , care and affection behind this much of concern.
